Bio

Born and raised in Chicago and its suburb Burbank,
Gavin obtained a masters degree in marriage & family counseling. 

After a series of friend's deaths during his teenage years, Gavin fervently sought to find meaning in all things and seek the true heart in his profession.  Being a man of action and leading by example, he delved into self-healing and spiritual pursuits.  A curious mind lead him to such philosophies of the Buddha, Confucius and Lao Tzu.  He affectionately absorbed the ancient sages' wisdom and blends it effortlessly into his contemporary practice.

Gavin explored Reiki, chanting, Pranic Healing, and other avenues of vibrational healing, and in turn, renewed a passion and talent within himself as an energetic healer. Identifying the connection between one's spirit/energy and their mental/emotional health can be most beneficial --in fact, incredibly successful and effective-- in breaking and healing old patterns of self-defeating behavior.  His unending personal quest for enlightenment continues today and has him enrolled in countless classes and workshops whereupon he learns more tools to help with his own transformation and self-healing.  Using these same tools with individual clients and families, Gavin encourages active participation rather than passive talk therapy. 

Gavin, along with his wife Medium and Intuitive Healer Andye Murphy, founded the Psychic Kids & Teens Support Group (PeeKSgroup.com) which seeks to guide, educate and empower families as they normalize the extra-ordinary experiences of being fully intuitive.
